04 January 2006An inside scandal (of limited proportions) at Trinity Broadcast Network, which reportedly just cancelled Hal Lindsey's weekly television program, "International Intelligence Briefing," over concerns that the famous Christian Zionist and author of The Late, Great Planet Earth was offending Arabs and Muslims with his adamant pro-Israel stance and insistence that Islam is an inherently violent religion. Explained a representative for the Christian station, TBN now has a 24-hour Arabic station, and seeing itself as a global ministry, must give a gentler witness to Muslims they hope to evangelize.
