10 January 2006Religion of the Ages: Amid severe, drought-fueled wildfires, Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who made headlines last year for his much-publicized "covenant marriage" ceremony with his long-time wife, has issued an official proclamation directing citizens of the state to pray for rain and acknowledge "'our complete reliance on God for even the most basic necessities of life.'"
